摘 要:为明确抗感黄曲霉花生种质的遗传多样性和亲缘关系,发掘优良抗性种质,本研究利用46对多态性SSR引物分析48份抗感黄曲霉或相关花生种质的遗传多样性,平均每对引物可扩增出5.15个等位变异,平均PIC值为0.604;聚类分析将48份种质分为8组,其中抗性种质被分成5组;低产毒种质91048、抗侵染种质AR-3、PI337409F和GFA-2以及抗圆柱状黑腐病种质PERRY与其它种质存在较大的遗传差异,可作为理想的育种材料;抽取5个标记共35个多态位点建立了48份抗感黄曲霉或相关花生种质的"引物+0,1字符串"计算机化的DNA指纹图谱。筛选出的优异种质可在抗黄曲霉品种培育中作亲本利用,以拓宽其遗传基础。To study the DNA polymorphism and genetic relationship of peanut germplasms with resistance to Aspergilluz flavus and explore excellent genotypes, the genomic DNA isolated from 48 peanut lines related to Aspergillus flavus invasion and aflatoxin production were amplified using 46 pairs of polymorphic SSR markers. The results showed that the average alleles revealed by each pair primers were 5.15 and the average PIC value was 0. 604. The 48 lines were divided into eight groups by UPGMA cluster analysis and resistant germplasms were distributed into five groups. Among which, low aflatoxin producing line 91048, invasion -resistant line AR- 3, PI337409F and GFA -2, and Thielariopsis basicola -resistant line PERRY had obvious genetic differences with other germplasms, which could be used as ideal breeding materials. The fingerprint profiles based on "primer + 0,1 character string" of 48 lines were constructed using 35 alleles of 5 SSR markers. The screened excellent germplasms could be used as parents in the breeding of peanut genotypes resistant to Aspergillus flavus and broad its genetic basis.
