Effects of TDZ and BA on Adventitious Bud Regeneration from Leaf Explants of Pear Cultivars Jinhua and Yali

摘  要:为了提高金花梨和鸭梨2个品种叶片不定芽再生能力,以其试管苗叶片为外植体,以NN69为基本培养基,研究了不同浓度TDZ和BA对2个品种梨叶片不定芽再生的影响。结果表明:BA对鸭梨叶片不定芽的再生比TDZ有效,TDZ未能诱导鸭梨叶片产生不定芽;BA对金花梨叶片不定芽再生率的影响与TDZ无显著差异,但TDZ比BA显著提高了金花梨叶片的平均每叶不定芽数。In order to improve the adventitious bud regeneration capacity from leaf explants of two pear cultivars Jinhua and Yali, using in vitro leaves as explants, the effects of different concentrations of TDZ and BA on bud regeneration were examined with NN69 as basal medium. The results showed that TDZ failed to induce bud regeneration of Yali, and BA was more effective than TDZ. The effects of TDZ and BA on bud regeneration percentage of Jinhua didn' t show significant difference, but TDZ significantly improved average bud number per leaf explants of Jinhua than BA.
