沙利度胺联合苯丁酸氮芥治疗老年非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨沙利度胺联合苯丁酸氮芥治疗老年非霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效和毒副反应。方法：38例老年NHL患者接受沙利度胺联合苯丁酸氮芥口服,每3个月接受影像学检查（CT/MRI）,骨髓涂片及活检,评价客观疗效及毒副反应。结果：38例患者中,完全缓解（CR）7例（18.4%）,部分缓解（PR）16例（42.1%）,总有效率（CR＋PR）为60.5%。主要不良反应为可耐受的Ⅰ-Ⅱ度骨髓抑制、嗜睡、皮疹和脱发。结论：沙利度胺联合苯丁酸氮芥治疗老年NHL安全有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicities of thalidomide combined with chlorambucil in the treatment of the elderly patients with NHL. Method 38 elderly patients with NHL received thalidomide combined with chlorambucil. The efficacy and toxicity after three months were evaluated by iconography（ CT / MRI）,marrow aspiration and biospy. Results 7 patients achieved complete remission（ CR）,while 16 cases obtaining partial response（ PR）,the overall response rate was 60. 5%. The main toxicities were tolerable Ⅰ - Ⅱ degree of bone marrow suppression,drowsiness,skin rash and alopecia. Conclusion Thalidomide combined with chlorambucil is effective and safe for the elderly patients with NHL.
