摘　　要：目的通过问卷调查,了解北医系统皮肤科住院医师规范化培训轮转安排的现状及存在的问题,对此进行总结并提出一些建议。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对北医系统三家医院(北大医院、人民医院、北医三院)皮肤科的52名住院医师进行问卷调查,问卷内容主要包括皮肤科内部轮转时间安排、其他科室的轮转计划安排两大方面。结果回收完整填写表52份,回收率100%。目前北医系统皮肤科住院医师培训已经取得了一定的成果,但在轮转安排方面还存在一些问题。结论应合理安排本科室及其他科室的轮转计划,解决相应科室的轮转时间安排问题,探索全新的住院医师规范化培训管理模式。Objective In order to evaluale the current situation and existing problems of standardized traitining ,of residets rotary arrangement, and sumnmrize some suggestions. Methods One self-designed questionnaire was designed, 52 residents fl＇om three hospitals of Peking University Health Science Center System （Peking University First Hospital Peking U niversily People＇s Hospital, and Peking University Third Hospital） were surveyed, and the main contents of the questionnaire included internal rotating schedule of the department of dermatology and rotating plan of other departments. Results Fifty -two completed questionnaires were reeovered, and the recovery rate was 100%. The program of slandardized resident training in Peking University Health Science Center system had drawn greater attention; however, there still existed many prol）lems, such as the rotation schedule of relevant department, in rotary, arrangement of the training. Conclusion Reasonable arrangements should be made during the training, and explore new mode of standardized training of residents.
