装备制造业企业“走出去”的影响因素与应对策略——基于沈阳38家大型企业的调查与研究

摘　　要：加入WTO以来,在"走出去"战略的推动下,沈阳装备制造业企业的对外直接投资活动日趋频繁。为全面分析当前沈阳装备制造业企业"走出去"的影响因素,以沈阳38家装备制造业企业为样本进行了"走出去"的调查问卷分析。结果发现,东道国政策法规(如税收政策、银行贷款利率)、东道国技术水平和研发水平是影响沈阳装备制造业企业"走出去"最为重要的两个因素,而东道国文化传统(如宗教、风俗)对沈阳装备制造业企业"走出去"决策的影响最小。Since China＇s accession to the WTO, activities of foreign direct investment to the equipment manufacturing enterprises in Shenyang have become increasingly frequent with the strategy of ＂Going out＂. In order to give a comprehensive analysis of the current influencing factors of the equipment manufacturing enterprises＇ ＂going out＂strategy in Shenyang, this study provides a questionnaire taking 38 large equipment manufacturing enterprises in Shenyang as samples. Results show that the most important two influencing factors are the policies and regulations（such as tax policy and rate of bank loans） of the host country and levels of technology and research of the host country. The less important factors are the culture and traditions（such as religions and customs） of the host country.
