摘　　要：黑斑原鮡是我国西藏雅鲁藏布江特有物种,主要分布于日喀则、拉萨、林芝等地区。从黑斑原鮡的形态与组织特征、消化系统与食性、年龄与生长、生理生化特性、性腺发育、繁殖生物学研究和遗传学研究等方面进行了综述,并指出黑斑原鮡资源合理开发与利用中亟待解决的关键问题。Glyptosternum maculatum is the endemic species in Brahmaputra River in China. It is mainly distributed in Shigatse, Lhasa and Linzhi areas. Research progress of the biology of G. maculatum was reported from the aspects of morphology,organization characters, digestive system, food habit, age and growth ,physiological and biochemical characters, gonad development, reproductive biology research and genetic research. Ma- jor problems in the rational development and utilization of G. maculatum were pointed out.
