摘  要:食品安全信息不对称是造成食品安全问题的根本原因,打破食品安全信息壁垒是解决问题的关键所在。由此,国内外很多学者对居民食品安全信息行为进行了广泛而深入的研究,这些研究对提高居民食品安全信息利用效率,建立安全消费行为起到了很好的指导作用。该研究对现有国内外消费者食品安全信息行为的主要研究成果进行了梳理和归纳,主要介绍了国内外研究者和相关法规对食品安全信息内容的界定,综述了国内外学者对消费者食品安全信息行为的研究内容,对其中可完善和有待深入研究的方向进行了分析,为相关研究的深入开展提供借鉴。Food safety information asymmetry is the root cause of the food safety problem, breaking the information barrier of food satety is the key to solve the problem, At home and abroad, many scholars have carried out extensive and in-depth research on the behavior of food safety information, which has played a guiding role in improving utilization efficiency of food safety information and building safety consumption be- havior. The main research results about consumers' food safety information behavior at home and abroad were concluded. The definition of food safety information by scholars and relevant regulations at home and abroad were reviewed, the research direction which can be perfected and further studied were analyzed, so as to provide reference for carrying out relevant studies.
