血清S100B蛋白水平与酒依赖患者认知功能损害的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨酒依赖患者血清S100B水平及与其认知功能损害的相关性。方法:分别检测40例酒依赖患者(酒依赖组)和40名健康体检者(对照组)血清S100B水平,并给予威斯康星卡片分类测验、持续操作能力测验(CPT)、视觉再生记忆测验、逻辑记忆测验。结果:酒依赖组血清S100B蛋白水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);各项认知功能测验成绩明显差于对照组(P均<0.01)。酒依赖组血清S100B蛋白水平与威斯康星卡片分类测验中的正确数、视觉再生测验、逻辑记忆测验、持续操作能力测验正确数呈负相关(r=-0.975,-0.852,-0.896,-0.951;P均<0.01),错误数、持续错误数、随机错误数、持续操作能力错误数及持续错误数均与血清S100B蛋白水平呈正相关(r=0.975,0.912,0.804,0.791,0.845;P均<0.01)。结论:酒依赖患者认知功能明显受损;增高的血清S100B蛋白水平可反映与其认知功能损伤程度。Objective： To explore the levels of serum S100B protein and the its relationship with cogni- tive function impairment in patients with alcohol dependence. Method：The serum S100B protein levels of 40 patients with alcohol dependence（ alcohol dependence group） and 40 healthy subjects（ control group） were de- tected and their cognitive function were measured using Wisconsin card sorting test （WCST） , continous perform- ance test（CPT） ,visual reproduction and the logical memory test . Results：The level of serum S100B protein in the alcohol dependence group was significantly higher and the all test results were significantly worse than those of the control group（all P 〈0.01 ）. The serum S100B protein levels was negatively correlated with the numbers of correct responses in WCST, visual reproduction, logical memory test and the numbers of correct re- sponses in CPT in the alcohol dependence group（ r = -0. 975, -0.852, -0. 896, -0. 951 ;all P 〈0. O1 ） ;and positively correlated with numbers of total errors, perseverative errors and non-perseverative errors, the total er- rors and perseverative errors （ r = 0. 975,0.912,0. 804, 0. 791,0. 845 ; all P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： The pa- tients with alcohol dependence have significantly impaired cognitive function, and increased levels of serum S100B protein can reflect the degree of damage of cognitive function.
