摘  要:细胞是生命活动基本单元,细胞生物学内容是人类不断应用当代科技解决细胞科学问题而积累形成的,它涉及所有生命活动。细胞生物学是医学护理专业的基础课,在细胞生物学课程教学引入"以问题为导向的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)"教学模式,能培养学生的自学能力、团队协作能力、语言表达能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力等素质并提高学习效果。同时也能督促教师不断提升自身的教学技能,这对于深化教学改革、全面提升教学质量有重要意义。形成一种具有医学细胞生物学自身学科特色的PBL教学模式。Cell is the basic unit of life activity. Cell biology is accumulated by continuous human application of contemporary technology to solve scientific problems,and relates to all the life activities. Cell biology is a preclinical course in the four year program medical nursing specialty. Application of problem- based learning( PBL) in medical nursing teaching could enhance students ' ability of self- learning,teamwork,language expression,problem analysis and resolution as well as their academic performance. Meanwhile,it also urged the teachers continuously to upgrade their teaching skills. These are important to deepen the teaching reform and improve the teaching quality,which could form a medical cell biology characteristic of the PBL teaching mode.
