摘　　要：研究发现神经降压肽(neurotensin,NTS)及其受体1(NTR1)介导的信号与多种恶性肿瘤的发生及发展有着密切关系。同时,随着对NTS与NTR1结合空间构象的成功解析,以NTR1为靶点的恶性肿瘤治疗策略也令人期待。本文就NTS/NTR1信号在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。Accumulating evidence suggest that neurotensin（ NTS） and its type 1 receptor（ NTR1） mediated signaling have an intimate links with initiation and progression of maligant tumor. Meanwhile,with the successful elucidation of the configuration of the combination of NTS and NTR1,the therapeutic strategy using NTR1 as the target for maligant tumor is worth looking forward to. In this review,we will summarize the advance of the research on the role and mechanism of NTS / NTR1 signaling in maligant tumor.
