摘  要:目的检测MTDH基因在三阴性乳腺癌的表达情况,研究MTDH与Ki67、CD31的关系及临床意义。方法通过免疫组化方法检测84例三阴性乳腺癌组织MTDH、Ki67和CD31的表达情况,然后通过相关性分析,分析它们和临床病理之间的关系。通过Western blot检测MTDH在不同Ki67、CD31表达水平乳腺癌组织的表达情况。结果在三阴性乳腺癌组织中,MTDH高表达率为57.1%,Ki67高表达率为71.4%,CD31高表达率为55.9%。MTDH高表达与肿瘤大小,脉管浸润,腋窝淋巴结转移,p TNM分期密切相关。MTDH与Ki67和CD31均呈正相关。结论 MTDH在三阴性乳腺癌中具有较高表达率,与肿瘤组织Ki67及多项临床病理因素相关。MTDH还与肿瘤组织血管生成密切相关,提示通过干扰MTDH表达可能具有抗血管生成的作用。Objective To examine MTDH expression in triple-negative breast cancer and to investigate whether it is associated with Ki67, CD31, clinicopathological parameters. Methods Pathological specimens from 84 patients with triple-negative breast cancers were examined by immunohistochemistry for MTDH, Ki67 and CD31 expression. Correlations between the expression of MTDH, Ki67, CD31, and various clinicopathological factors were analyzed. Results The positive rate of MTDH was 57.1%. Ki67 and CD31 were highly expressed in 71.4% and 55.9% of triple-negative breast cancer patients, respectively. The intensity of MTDH was gradually up-regulated from Ki67 CD31 low to Ki67 CD31 high tissues by Western blot analysis. Statistically significant correlation was found among MTDH and Ki67, and CD31. MTDH expression was correlated with tumor size, lymphatic venous invasion, lymph nodal metastasis and TNM stage. Conclusion MTDH is a valuable prognostic factor in patients with triple-negative breast cancer and is related with tumor angiogenesis.
