种植固定桥修复后牙缺失的近期临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价种植固定桥修复后牙缺失的近期临床效果.方法：选择2005年1月~2014年6月就诊于张家港市第一人民医院口腔科多颗后牙缺失,应用种植固定桥修复的患者19例,缺失牙68颗,植入种植体46枚,完成种植固定桥修复体21件,术后随诊检查修复体与基台的稳定性,种植体周围牙龈组织的健康状况,通过摄片观察骨组织的吸收程度,询问患者的满意度,观察时间最长9.1年,最短6个月.结果：完成种植固定桥修复后,1例患者修复后4月烤瓷牙崩瓷,其余45枚种植体均稳定,无明显骨吸收,种植体周围牙龈健康,按种植成功标准成功率：97.6%.结论：种植固定桥修复后牙缺失有良好的临床效果.ObjectivesTo evaluate short-term effect of fixed bridge for patients with posterior teeth loss.Methods：It＇s a search for patients with posterior teeth loss who underwent fixed bridge in our hospital from January 1, 2005 to September 30, 2014.This search enrolled 19 patients with 68 loss teeth,46 implants and 21 fixed bridge implants. We collected data including the stability of the restoration and abutment,condition of gingival tissues surrounding the implant,resorption of the periimplant bone,satisfaction degree of patients with a 6 months- 9.1 years follow-up.Results：All but 1 patient＇s porcelain crown fractured after fixed bridge implant surgery. Other 45 implants were stable. No bone loss were found.The gingival tissues were healthy. The success rate of the implanting surgery was 97.6%.Conclusions：This study indicates positive effect of fixed bridge for patients with posterior teeth loss.
