摘　　要：高等学校的内涵建设近年来得到重视,教学团队是提高教学质量和育人水平的重要途径之一,对教学团队的业绩考核也是现实而有意义的工作。教学团队的业绩考核应当是业绩评价理论与教学特点相结合,在教学范围的具体运用。本文在对教学团队的特点、要素等因素进行分析的基础上,借鉴山东省精品课程评价指标,提出用熵权法进行评价,具有较强的客观性,并进行了验证。In recent years,the connotation of the construction of colleges and universities cause everyone＇s attention.Teaching team is one of the important ways to improve the quality of teaching and education level,the teachingteam feedback on performance is also realistic and meaningful work. Teaching team performance should be a performanceevaluation theory combined with the characteristics of teaching and range of application in teaching. This articlemakes reference to high-quality goods curriculum evaluation index in Shandong Province,uses entropy weightmethod to evaluation on the basis of analyze the characteristics and elements of the teaching team. This article hasstrong objectivity,and is verified.
