摘　　要：针对大一新生对工程管理专业几乎一无所知的特点,本文从大学生活和学习、工程管理前沿分析两个方面讨论了新生研讨课的内容,力求通过前沿的分析,特别是从凝练的五个方面的内容,配合案例,课堂讨论,使学生对未来将要学习什么,要研究什么,有了一定的了解,提高了同学们对工程管理专业认知,对未来的学习有了明确的方向,取得良好的效果。For freshman know nothing about engineering management professional,this paper discusses two aspectscontents of freshmen seminars from living to learning and project management frontier,through analyze the frontier ofproject management,especially from five aspects concise contents,with the case and class discussion,students have acertain understanding that learn what to study what,enhance the students cognition of engineering managementprofessional knowledge,and have a clear direction for the future,freshmen seminar achieved good results.
