摘 要:入湖河流尤其是城市河流是滇池污染物的主要来源。文章以滇池流域典型的入湖城市河流——采莲河为例,考查了综合治理工程对于典型城市河流水质生态恢复的影响。结果表明,综合治理工程之后,采莲河的水生态状况得到了明显地改善,其中浮游动物共检测到91种,平均密度为812.29 ind/L,平均生物量为821μg/L,枝角类>轮虫>原生动物>桡足类;底栖动物共监测到14种,平均密度为1 008.7 ind/m2,平均生物量为13.40 g/m2,寡毛类>水生昆虫类>软体类>其他;浮游动物生物量的季节变化趋势为春季>夏季>秋季>冬季。根据水生态多样性指数分析和浮游底栖群落结构及生物量的变化分析,表明采莲河水体仍处于富营养化状态,且季节性变化趋势为冬季>秋季>春季>夏季。Urban inflowing river in Dianchi watershed is the main pollutant source for Dianchi Lake. As a typical urban river, Cailain River has been completed the comprehensive regulation project, the effect on ecological restoration and water quality of the River was analyzed in details. Results show that the water quality and ecological status improved obviously. There were 91 species of zooplankton found in the River and average density and biomass were 812.29 ind/L and 821 μg/L, with the amount distribution as cladocera 〉 rotifera 〉 protozoon 〉 copepods, respectively. The species numbers, density and biomass of zoobenthos were 14, 1 008.7 ind/m2 and 13.40 g/m2, the amount distribution of biomass was oligochaetes 〉 aquatic insects 〉 molluscas 〉 others, respectively. The temporal and spatial distribution of biomass of zooplankton was spring 〉 summer 〉 autumn 〉 winter. The biomass and diversity index of zooplankton and zoobenthos were used as indicators of water body to evaluate the nutritional status and the results show that the River was in the status of eutrophication, with seasonal change as winter 〉 autumn 〉 spring 〉 summer.
