摘 要:中小学教师心理健康教育对于提高教师的心理健康水平有重要的意义。统计结果显示,大多数中小学教师能够意识到教师心理健康教育的重要性,但参加过教师心理健康教育培训的人数并不多。中学和小学教师在对心理健康教育的态度和是否参加过培训两个方面不存在统计学意义上的差异,但在对心理健康教育知识的关注方面存在显著差异,中学教师对心理健康教育知识关注的程度显著高于小学教师。男女教师在对心理健康教育的态度、关注教师心理健康教育知识以及是否参加过此类培训三个方面均不存在显著的性别差异。In order to improve the teachers' psychological health, psychological health education upon teachers is of great importance. The results show that most teachers can realize the importance of psychological health education. But fewer teachers have participated in the training of psychological health education.There are no significant differences in the attitude and training of the psychological health education between middle school and primary school teachers, but there is a significant difference in the knowledge of psychological health education. The attention to the knowledge of psychological health education upon middle school teachers is more than that of primary school teachers. There is no gender differences in the above three aspects.
