苏东坡的酒肉人生与他的豁达情怀——以东坡酒和东坡肉为例

摘　　要：旷世奇才苏东坡一生命运多舛,几度被提拔,又几度被贬谪。但是无论是提拔或者是贬谪,他都创造了许多功绩,为后代带来了数之不尽的宝贵财富。这不仅仅体现在其政绩上,更加明显的则体现在普通生活的方方面面之中。其中,东坡酒与东坡肉就是体现其生活态度的代表。文章以这两者作为切入点,研究制作东坡酒与东坡肉时期苏东坡的生活状态,在此基础上,探索东坡酒与东坡肉之于苏东坡精神上带来的宝贵财富——豁达情怀。Su Dongpo,a rare genius,whose life was very ill-fated. He has been promoted and relegated several times. However,whether was promoted or relegated,he had made plenty of contributions which brought a large number of wealth to the descendants. His contribution not only embodied in his achievements of politics,but also obviously reflected in each aspects of the ordinary life. Among these achievements,Dongpo wine and Dongpo meat was the representative of his attitude toward the life. This article attempts to use these two stuff as the entry point in order to research Su Dongpo＇s states of life when he made the Dongpo wine and Dongpo meat. On this basis,the precious treasure brought by Dongpo wine and Dongpo meat based on Su Dongpo＇s mentality and ideas——open-minded life attitude could be required.
