德国高等专业学院特色及其对应用型高校转型的启示

摘　　要：德国高等专业学院产生于20世纪60年代。其与传统大学形成互补,在办学理念、培养方式等方面有其独特之处。在21世纪的今天,德国高等专业学校通过改革,适应时代发展的需要。2014年初,国务院做出"引导部分普通本科高校向应用技术型高校转型"的战略部署。在此战略机遇下,德国高等专业学院模式对国内地方新建本科高校转型过程中办学定位、产学结合、教学方法等重要问题,具有重要借鉴意义。Fachhochschule took shape in 1960＇ s. As a complement of traditional university, it is unique in school mission and education methods. After 2000, Fachhochschule met the requirement of the times by its reform. At early 2014, the Sate Council made a strategic decision to transform some universities into applied ones. Under the circumstances, the education mode of Fachhochschule would inspire us about education orientation, combination of production and academy and teaching method.
