摘  要:随着人造二极管光源(LED)及电子屏幕的普及,短波蓝光引起的视网膜光化学损伤受到越来越多的重视。但蓝光亦有有益之处,除辅助成像外,其部分波段可刺激视网膜光敏感性神经节细胞(ipRGCs)调节人体昼夜节律,维持内分泌稳态。本文就蓝光致视网膜光化学损伤的影响因素、可能机制、相关眼病及蓝光对昼夜节律影响等方面的进展做一综述。Due to the increasing popularization of artificial lights, especially light emitting diodes (LED) light, short wavelength blue light induced retinal photochemical damage received more and more attention in recent years. Except for assisting imaging, some part of the blue light band can stimulate intrinsically photosensitive retinal ganglion cells (ipRGCs) to regulate circadian rhythm and maintain endocrine homeostasis. This review summarizes the influence factors, the mechanisms, the associated eye diseases and the circadian rhythm regulation of blue light induced retinal damage.
