摘 要:为适应热管理系统技术提出的新要求,研究了航空发动机滑油系统热分析方法。应用FORTRAN程序,建立了几种不同的滑油系统热分析模型。针对典型发动机带加力转换活门、分主辅散热区和辅助燃滑油散热器处于齿轮泵回油路上的3种不同滑油系统散热方式,分别进行了滑油系统热分析,对计算结果进行了对比,分析了3种散热方式下的滑油系统温度水平,给出适合航空发动机热管理系统技术的散热方式的建议,即主辅散热区的方案能够初步满足热管理技术需求。适合热管理系统技术的滑油系统计算方法,可为采用热管理技术的发动机滑油系统热分析计算提供参考。In order to meet the new demand of heat management technology,the thermoanalysis method of aeroengine lubrication system was researched. Several different thermoanalysis models of the lubrication system were established using FORTRAN. Aiming at 3different lubrication system heat dissipation forms which were the cooling with afterburner fuel transfer valve, the main auxiliary cooling and the auxiliary cooling located on the return line of fuel gear pump, the thermoanalysis of the lubrication system and the comparative analysis on the calculated result were conducted, the temperature level of oil system with 3 different heat dissipation forms was analyzed, and the form of the heat dissipation which fits the aeroengine heat system management technology is suggested that the main auxiliary cooling scheme can meet the requirements of thermal management technology. The research is appropriate for the calculating method of the heat management technology for the lubrication system and it also can be referred to conduct the thermoanalysis of the lubrication system by the heat management technology.
