摘 要:本文采用实验法、文献资料法、数理统计法为研究方法,以忻州师范学院体育院系与非体育院系学生的反应时为研究对象,对体育院系和非体育院系的80名学生进行反应时实验,经过对被试者在安静状态下和运动负荷后的反应时进行对比、统计分析,结果表明:在安静状态下和运动负荷后,体育院系学生的反应时均好于非体育院系学生。体育院系学生经常参加运动,其神经肌肉系统常常处于兴奋状态,使其能保持高度的灵活性、协调性和调节能力,反应速度提高,因而经常参加体育运动的学生反应时要比不经常参加体育运动的学生的反应时快。在此基础上对其原因进行分析探讨,为提高学生的反应速度提供可资借鉴的经验,并为体育教学和速度训练提出几点参考意见。With methods of experiment,literature and mathematical statistics and taking the reaction time of students from sports department and non- sports department of Xinzhou Teachers University as its research object,the paper conducts experiments on reaction time of 80 students of sports departments and non- sports departments and carries out comparative statistical analysis on these students ' reaction time in quiet condition and after exercise load. The results show that in quiet condition and after exercise load,students of sports department outdo students of non- sports departments in reaction time. Students of sports department often take part in sports so their neuromuscular system is often in excited state,enabling it maintain a high level of flexibility,coordination and adjustment ability and higher reaction speed. Therefore,the reaction of students often attending sports activities is often faster than those who do not often take part in sports activities. On such basis,the paper explores and analyzes the causes to provide referential experience for improving students ' response speed and reference for sports teaching and speed training.
