摘　　要：1病例报告例1,患者,女,51岁,因甲状腺术后呼吸困难1个月于2011年5月15日入院。体检：心率80次/min,呼吸20次/min,血氧饱和度98%,血压140/100mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133kPa）。神清语明,无声音嘶哑,平静状态下呼吸尚可,轻度活动后即出现呼吸困难,锁骨上窝可见凹陷。Subglottic pleomorphic adenoma is a rare disease.Surgery is the main curative treatment.To review some clinical cases and to summarize the characteristics and treatment experience of this disease,it is expected that we can provide more clinical thought and therapeutic strategy for subglottic pleomorphic adenoma.
