摘　　要：将"双酚A的合成与分析"设计为应用化学专业的研究性实验。利用FTIR、DSC、HPLC对产物进行了表征,并探究了投料比例、硫酸浓度、反应温度对实验结果的影响。三届学生的教学实践表明,该实验设计合理,能够充分调动学生的积极性,培养学生的独立实验能力和发现、分析和解决问题的能力,可以进一步推广。A comprehensive teaching experiment for undergraduate of applied chemistry was designed in this paper.Through FT-IR,DSC and HPLC analysis,the production was determined,then the effect of factors on experiment results was studied.It showed that the experimental design was reasonable and can fully stimulate the students＇ enthusiasm as well as effectively cultivate students＇ abilities of discovery,understand and solve problems independently.Effective teaching performance was obtained.It is worthy of further promotion.
