摘　　要：高校大型精密仪器设备的开放式管理是培养创新性人才的有效途径。结合工作实际,针对沈阳药科大学大型精密仪器设备管理中存在的主要问题,从建立健全仪器设备的管理机制、建立开放式仪器管理新模式、制定仪器设备有偿使用制度、重视基层管理人员建设以及加强仪器设备维修保养意识等方面提出了相应的改进措施,以确保大型精密仪器设备的合理使用。A open-sharing management of the large-scale precision instruments was the effective way to cultivate innovative talents in the universities.Based on author＇s work practice,this article analyzed current existing problems on the large-scale instrument management in our university,and gave out some advices on how to establish management mechanism,setting up a new open-sharing management mode,a system of paid use,improving junior manager construction and enhancing the maintenance consciousness,to ensure the rational use of the large-scale precision instrument.
