联合检测外周血T淋巴细胞及DNT细胞在恶性肿瘤早期诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨良、恶性肿瘤鉴别和恶性肿瘤早期诊断的新方法。方法采用流式细胞仪测定五组良、恶性肿瘤患者(肺肿瘤组、乳腺肿瘤组、胃肿瘤组、肝肿瘤组、肠道肿瘤组)外周血T淋巴细胞和DNT细胞的表达水平,分析五组良、恶性肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞及DNT细胞的差异。结果五组恶性肿瘤组外周血CD4+/CD8+比值均明显低于同种良性肿瘤组,DNT细胞比例均明显高于同种良性肿瘤组。联合外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及DNT细胞检测恶性肿瘤的灵敏度、特异度分别为89.2%、92.7%。结论利用外周血T淋巴细胞亚群与DNT细胞联合检测,将明显提高恶性肿瘤诊断的灵敏度和特异度,有较大的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the method for early diagnosis of benign and malignant tumor. Methods The flow cytometry was used to determine the expression levels of peripheral blood T lymphocytes and DNT cells in five groups of benign and malignant tumor patients with lung cancer,breast cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer and intestinal tumor. The differences between DNT and T cells in the peripheral blood in five groups were analyzed. Results The CD4＋/ CD8＋ratio of peripheral blood in the five group malignant tumor patients was significantly lower than that of the benign tumor group and the proportion of DNT cells was significantly higher than that of benign tumor group. The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of T lymphocyte subsets and DNT cells in peripheral blood were 89. 2% and 92. 7% respectively. Conclusion Combined detection of T lymphocyte subsets and DNT cells in peripheral blood could improve the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of malignant tumor,and may have clinical values.
