摘  要:目的探讨机器人辅助腹腔镜技术治疗肾盂旁囊肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2014年10月至2015年5月9例肾盂旁囊肿患者行机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂旁囊肿切除术的临床资料。手术均采用经腹腔途径,分析患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间及复查随访等情况。结果手术均获成功,手术时间45~70(57±13.5)min;术中估计失血量10~50(25±5.7)mL;术后肠道排气时间1~2(1.5±0.5)d;住院天数1~3(2±1)d;术后1d拔除引流管及尿管。无中转开放病例,未出现肾盂及肾动脉等损伤。随访1~6月,囊肿无复发。结论机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂旁囊肿切除术具有创伤小、恢复快、解剖暴露容易、视野清晰、操作稳定、安全有效,可作为手术治疗肾盂旁囊肿的首选微创治疗方法。Objective To investigate the curative effect of robot-assisted laparoscopy in the treatment of parapelvic cyst.Methods Clinical data of 9 cases of parapelvic cyst treated during Oct.2014 and May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.All operations were performed transperitoneally.The operation time,estimated blood loss,postoperative hospital stay and followup were recorded and reviewed.Results All operations were successful.The mean operation time was(57±13.5)min,ranging45-70 min.The mean estimated blood loss was(25±5.7)mL,ranging 10-50 mL.The gastrointestinal ventilation time was(1.5±0.5)d,ranging 1-2 d.The postoperative hospital stay was(2±1)d,ranging 1-3 d.The urinary catheter and drainage tube were removed1 day after operation.There was no conversion to open surgery,and no injury of pelvis or renal arteries was observed.During the follow-up of 1-6 months,no recurrence occurred.Conclusions Robot-assisted laparoscopy in the treatment of parapelvic cyst has advantags of minimal invasive,fast recovery,easy dissection,clear visual field,and stable operation.It is safe and effective.It can serve as the primary minimal invasive method in the treatment of parapelvic cyst.
