摘 要:针对航空功率三电平逆变器可靠性要求高的特点,提出一种新型三电平逆变器,该电路能实现在一定故障后保证系统两电平继续工作运行,具有系统工作可靠性高的特点。同时针对传统电路拓扑存在电容中点电位难以平衡的问题,引入中点电位控制桥臂进行独立控制。基于此,将有限集最优控制方法用于电路预测控制,提出有限控制集模型预测控制(FCS-MPC),将三电平开关控制矢量视为一个有限集,在此有限集中搜索使目标函数最优的开关矢量,保证了输出电压波形质量。仿真和实验证明了电路和控制方法的可行性与有效性。In order to meet the high reliability of aviation three-level inverter,a new three-level inverter which has better fault-tolerant ability to work as a two-level inverter is established,what's more,the improved topology adding assistant leg to control neutral-point voltage independently.On the basis of the new topology,a more accurate model is established for the new inverter circuits,and takes the model as prediction model to research the finite control set model predictive control(FCS-MPC) for new inverter.FCS-MPC takes full account of distribution properties of inverter,the switch state which minimizes objective function in finite control set is selected as the control of inverter.The solving algorithm and realization procedure of the new inverter topology is researched,its feasibility and validity is verified by the simulation and experiment.
