摘 要:目的:观察EB病毒BHRF1蛋白在口腔鳞癌的表达情况,探讨其临床意义.方法:收集临床标本共70例,其中正常口腔黏膜10例、口腔鳞癌60例,应用免疫组化SP法检测所有标本中BHRF1蛋白表达水平,并对结果进行统计分析.结果:口腔鳞癌组中BHRF1蛋白的阳性表达率为53.33%(32/60),显著高于正常口腔黏膜组(P<0.05).其中,口腔鳞癌高分化组的阳性表达率为59.26%(16/27),中低分化组为48.48%(16/33),两者之间无统计学差异(P=0.815).结论:BHRF1参与口腔鳞癌的发生发展过程.Aim:This study aimed to investigate the expression of protein BHRF1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and its relationship with clinicopathlogic characteristics. Methods: Immunohisto- chemistry SP method was used to detect the protein expression of BHRF1 in 60 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal oral mucosa. Results: BHRF1 was not detected in normal oral mu- cosa of the 10 cases(0. 00% ). In the 60 cases of OSCC,BHRF1 was found to be expressed in 32 cases (53.33%). In the OSCC gourp, BHRF1 was expressed in 16 cases of the 27 cases of the high differenti- ation group (59.26%) and in 16 cases of the 33 cases with moderate or poor differentiation group (48.48%). The rate of positive expression ratio of BHRF1 in OSCC was significantly higher than that in normal oral mueosa(P 〈0. 05 ). There was no statistical difference between the high differentiation group and the moderate or poor differentiation group of OSCC(P = 0. 815 ). Conclusion:BHRF1 may play some roles in the earcino carcinogenesis genesis of OSCC.
