摘  要:目的:探讨喷砂酸蚀(SLA)对Ti及Ti6Al4V表面形貌以及成骨细胞增殖和生物活性的影响,为钛及钛合金表面改性处理的研究提供参考.方法:将样品分为Ti(对照组)、Ti(SLA组)、Ti6Al4V(对照组)、Ti6Al4V(SLA组)4组,对照组进行打磨抛光处理,SLA组进行打磨抛光和SLA处理,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和3D激光共聚焦扫描电镜观察各组样品的表面形貌与粗糙度;ICP电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪检测置于模拟体液(SBF)中的Ti及Ti6Al4V元素析出情况;将成骨细胞接种于各组样品表面,通过SEM观察成骨细胞的伸展状态;MTT实验和AKP实验检测成骨细胞的增殖和分化水平.结果:SLA后的Ti及Ti6Al4V表面形成微米级多孔粗糙结构;Ti及Ti6Al4V置于模拟体液中均有元素Ti析出,Ti6Al4V析出了少量Al和V元素;SLA组细胞增殖量和⊿A值均高于对照组,SLA后的Ti6Al4V组细胞增殖量和⊿A值高于Ti组,均有统计学差异(P<0.01).结论:SLA可改善Ti及Ti6Al4V表面形貌形成微米级多孔粗糙结构,从而提高Ti及Ti6Al4V表面成骨细胞的增殖和分化水平,且SLA后的Ti6Al4V更有利于成骨细胞的增殖和分化.Aim:To investigate the effects of sandblast and acid etching treatments on Ti and Ti6Al4V surface morphology and osteoblast bioactivity. Methods: Samples were divided into four groups:Ti con- trol group, SLA Ti group, Ti6Al4V control group, and SLA Ti6Al4V group. The control groups were pol- ished with different rough emery papers,and the SLA groups were sandblasted by Al302 particles and acid etched by using a mixture of hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. After above treatments the sample surface morphologies were examined under SEM and 3D Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope. Simulated body fluid (SBF) was used to detect the element precipitation of the samples by ICP-OES. Osteoblasts were seeded on the surface of Ti and Ti6Al4V groups, and the morphologies of osteoblasts were observed under SEM. MrlT method was used to determine the proliferation of osteoblasts and the differentiation lev- el of osteoblasts was observed by measurement of alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activity. Results: After the treatment of SLA, the surfaces of the samples were found to have porous micro structures. Both Tiand Ti6Al4V groups showed precipitation of Ti dement while Ti6Al4V group precipitated small amount of Al and V elements in SBF. Osteoblast proliferation, adhesion and differentiation were found to be better after SLA surface modification, and SLA Ti6Al4V group was better than SLA Ti group, with statistically significant differences (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: SLA surface treatment and enhances proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts. Ti6Al4V is generates porous microstruetures better than Ti.
