摘　　要：木瓜学名为贴梗海棠(Chaenomeles speciosa S.Nakai),是中国的珍稀药食两用植物资源,木瓜叶、茎以及木瓜子具有食用和保健价值。近年来有关木瓜叶营养素成分及功能活性成分的研究取得了积极的进展。综述了木瓜叶中营养成分和各类功能活性成分的研究进展,旨在为木瓜叶资源的综合利用提供理论依据。Chaenomeles speciosa S. Nakai is a rare plant used as herb and food in China. Its leaves,stems and seeds are suitable edible and healthy food. In recent years the nutrition and functional component of Ghaenomeles speciosa S. Nakai leaves have attracted international attention. The research and development of the nutrition and functional components of Chaenomeles speciosa S. Nakai leaves are reviewed. It will provide theoretical foundation for the application of the Chaenomeles speciosa S. Nakai leaves.
