摘　　要：大学生参与志愿服务遵循"受教育,长才干,做贡献"的指导方针,高校开展了大量富有成效的活动,但在实际工作中,大学生志愿服务还存在诸多问题和不完善的地方。本文选取天津理工大学中环信息学院为例,结合对文献材料的研究以及调查问卷和访谈结果,分析应用型高校大学生参与志愿服务活动影响因素,探索高校志愿服务实践育人模式。Following the guiding principles of ＂getting educated, developing talents, and making contributions＂,colleges and universities have carried out a lot of productive volunteer service activities. But in the practical process, there are still many problems. This research, taking Zhonghuan Information College, Tianjin University of Technology as an example, based on interview and questionnaire results and combined with the study of literature, analyzed the influencing factors of applied college students participating in volunteer service activities, and tried to work out a model of college students＇ volunteer service practice.
