摘  要:建立中药复方制剂葱头荷耳片中砷、汞的含量测定方法。样品采用微波消解法处理,原子荧光分光光度法测定葱头荷耳片中砷、汞的含量。砷的含量在0ng/m L^10ng/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9984),平均回收率为98.84%,RSD=0.90%;汞的含量在0ng/m L^10ng/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9989),平均回收率为99.87%,RSD=1.66%。该方法前处理简便、快捷,精密度高,结果准确可靠,适用于葱头荷耳片中砷、汞含量的测定。To develop a method for determination of arsenic and mercury in the Congtou Heer tablet. Methods By microwave digestion-HG- AFS to test the determination of arsenic and mercury in the Congtou Heer tablet. Results The range of 0ng / m L- 10 ng / m L of the determination of arsenic had higher linear relation( r = 0. 9984),the average percentage of recovery was 98. 84%,RSD was 0. 90%; the range of 0ng / m L- 10 ng / m L of the determination of mercury had higher linear relation( r = 0. 9989),the average percentage of recovery was 99. 87%,RSD was 1. 66%. Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid,accurate,sensitive and suitable for test the determination of arsenic and suitable for determination of arsenic and mercury in the Congtou Heer tablet.
