摘　　要：马克思从批判性、阶级性、中立性三个视角来阐释复杂的意识形态问题。由于阐释不同视角下意识形态的侧重点与针对性不同,加之从整体上缺乏系统性、连贯性的论述,造成马克思意识形态理论的一些表述被人们所误解。厘清马克思意识形态理论的内在辩证关系,进而揭示马克思意识形态理论所蕴含的内容与形式、功能与属性、真理性与价值性相统一的真实意蕴,对于实现马克思意识形态理论价值的当代延展具有重要的理论和现实意义。Marx explain the complex ideological problems from three perspectives of critical,class nature, neutrality.Due to the different emphasis and pertinence of ideology from the different perspectives, in addition to the overall lack of systematicness and coherent exposition, some of the statements of Marx＇s ideology theory were misunderstood.To clarify the intrinsic dialectical relationship of Marx＇s ideology theory,and then reveal the real implication from content and form,function and attribute,truth and value of Marx＇s theory of ideology, it＇s a great theoretical and practical significance to realize the contemporary extension of the value of Marx＇s ideology theory.
