摘　　要：目的探讨电针结合运动疗法对急性脑卒中患者肢体运动功能的影响。方法 63例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成治疗组32例和对照组31例,治疗组给予电针和运动疗法;对照组仅给予运动疗法。2组患者均常规行药物治疗,分别于治疗前及治疗后1个月评定2组患者的运动功能。结果治疗后,2组患者的肢体Fugl-Meyer运动功能积分、Barthel指数均有改善,但治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论电针结合运动疗法可更好地促进急性脑卒中患者肢体运动功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the effects of electrical acupuncture combined with physical therapy on motor function of patients with acute stroke. Methods 63 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group（32 cases） and control group（31 cases）. The patients of the treatment group were treated with electrical acupuncture combined with physical therapy; and those in the control group only received physical therapy.All patients of two groups were treated by routine medication.The motor function of all patients was assessed before and one month after treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment（FMA） and Modified Barthel Index（MBI） of all patients in the two groups improved obviously, but the effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Electrical acupuncture combined with physical therapy is effective in promoting the recovery of motor function of patients with acute stroke.
