摘　　要：脑卒中是一种高发病率、高致残率、高病死率的急性脑血管疾病,发病后的快速有效治疗可降低复发率和病死率。近年来把握治疗时间窗,对急性缺血性脑卒中进行超早期治疗成为研究的热点。目前急性缺血性脑卒中超早期治疗的方案主要为溶栓治疗,包括动脉溶栓、静脉溶栓、动静脉联合溶栓等。本文将就近年来各种超早期溶栓治疗方案的研究进展进行综述,以期发现适合临床推广应用的治疗方法。Stroke is an acute cerebrovascular disease with high rate of incidence,mutilation andmortality.Fast and effective treatment after the onset of stroke can decrease the recurrence rate and mortality.In recent years,grasping the treatment time window to treat acute ischemic stroke is becoming a hotspot.The main method for acute ischemic stroke is ultra earlier thrombolysis including intra-arterial thrombolysis,intravenous thrombolysis and a combination of both.This article will review the research progress of all kinds of ultra earlier thrombolysis treatment in recent years to find a suitable method for clinical application.
