摘 要:研究了汽轮发电机定子端部的固定结构,采用由下而上建模方法建立有限元模型,提出一种运用锥形墩柱对称中腔的方法计算径向固定结构的组合刚度与接触区域的有效接触面积,结合弹簧阻尼微单元对绝缘螺杆进行分析。对定子绕组端部整体系统进行模态分析,得出相应的固有频率与振型。采用锤击法与多功能模态测试系统对汽轮机端部进行模态测试,得出系统的固有频率。仿真结果与实验结果对比得出,文中所给的方法能更精确地模拟绝缘螺杆径向连接,为汽轮发电机振动特性研究提供理论指导。The fixed structure of turbo-generator stator end was studied. Bottom-up modelling method was applied to establish the finite element model. The method calculating the combined stiffness of the connection structure and effective contact area was proposed, which used conical symmetric mid plane. Combined with spring-damper unit, insulated screw was analysed by finite element simulation. The stator winding end as a whole system was for modal analysis. Corresponding natural frequency and vibration model were acquired. Hammering test method and modal testing system were applied to calculate the steam turbine end natural frequency. Compared with the experimental result, the text given in the simulation method can better describe the insulated screw radial connections and provide theoretical guidance for the research of turbine generator vibration characteristics.
