摘　　要：在炎症性肠病治疗过程中,递减治疗方案越来越受到重视,英夫利西单抗已充分显示其优越性。该文主要对英夫利西单抗治疗炎症性肠病的疗效、用药期间的护理、不良反应做一综述。Infliximab has shown its superiority in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease（IBD）,＂＂top-down therapy＂is getting more and more attention. This paper focuses on infliximab, the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease curative effect, medication during the nursing, adverse reactions were reviewed.
