摘 要:目的:探讨耳科专业护士核心能力培养的方法及其效果。方法:2013年6月我科建立耳科专业护士核心能力架构,采取专科知识讲座,安排护士到耳科各专业部门轮训、临床查房、导师制带教、科研培训等培训方法,对培训前后护士专业理论知识和专业技能、综合素质及满意度等方面进行评价。结果:培训1年后护士的专业理论知识和专业技能考核、综合能力考评及满意度显著高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:对耳科护士进行专业护士核心能力培养能培养出高度专业化的耳科护理人才,提高专科护理质量和护理人员综合素质。Objective : To discuss of core ability training method and effect on nurse of otology major. Methods : Our hospital established nurse core ability structure of otology in June 2013, we hold professional knowledge lecture for nurse, arrange nurse to otology for training, clinic patient inspection, tutor in- struction and scientific research training etc, compared the nurses theoretical knowledge, professional skill, comprehensive quality and patient satisfaction questionnaire result before and after training. Results:Nurse~ theoretical knowledge, professional skill, comprehensive quality and patient satisfaction ques- tionnaire result after one and half years was obviously better than before ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Core ability training method on nurse of otology can culti- vate professional otology nursing talents, improve professional nursing quality and nurse~ comprehensive quality.
