新生代女性农民工自我效能感研究

摘　　要：80后、90后新生代女性农民工正成为一股不可忽视的力量。提升新生代女性农民工自我效能感对促进她们更好地融入城市,增强社会生产力,实现中国梦具有重要的现实意义。研究以青岛市城阳区农民工及在校女大学生为主体,得出以下结论:女工的自我效能感总体不理想,与男工不存在显著差异,但比女大学生高;她们对"努力会有回报"的认识比较乐观,而对"坚持理想和达成目标的难易程度"采取保守的态度。为此,要改变对女工消极形象的认知,提升女工就业技能,增加女工经济收入,加速女工城市融入进程。Female migrant workers born in 1980s and 1990s are becoming a more and more important force in the current society. Enhancing their self-efficacy is of high significance to promote their better integration into city life,improve social productive forces and realize China dream. Based on the researches on female migrant workers and female university students in Chengyang distinct of Qingdao, conclusions are drawn as follows. Self-efficacy of female migrant workersl is not ideal in genera, without significant difference compared with that of male migrant workers, but better than that of female university students. In addition, female migrant workers keep optimistic about the belief that ＂efforts will be rewarded＂, but adopt reserved attitudes towards the relationship between their persistence in ideal and the difficulties in achieving goals. The previous negative impression of female migrant workers should be changed to promote their skills, and increase their income so as to accelerate the procession of their integration into city life.
