关于构建闽台农产品电子商务联动平台的研究

摘　　要：随着经济全球化和区域经济一体化的发展,闽台农业合作进入全面深化阶段,贸易额日益增长,贸易结构进一步优化。但是在闽台农产品贸易发展的背后也遇到制约因素,尤其是流通问题。针对这一问题,本文采用SWOT分析法,系统分析了闽台农产品电子商务目前具有的优势、劣势以及遇到机遇和挑战,得出闽台农产品电子商务合作存在可行性,构建由第三方所有和经营的B2B公共电子市场是闽台电子商务发展最适合的模式。这个完整的模式应包括海峡农产品批发市场的配套设施、农产品网上电子平台,农产品供应链系统三大部分。With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration between Fujian and Taiwan,the agricultural cooperation is gradually deepening with increasing trade volumes and better trade structure. But there still exists restrictive factors in the development of trade of agricultural products between Fujian and Taiwan, especially the problems in circulation. To solve this problem, using SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges in the development of e- commerce cooperation of agricultural products between Fujian and Taiwan. The results show that e-commerce cooperation of agricultural products between Fujian and Taiwan is feasible, and the most appropriate model of the cooperation is to build a B2B e-commerce platform owned and operated by a third party. The complete model should include three parts of the facilities of the wholesale market of agricultural products in Fujian and Taiwan, online electronic platforms of agricultural products, and supply chain systems of agricultural products.
