摘　　要：自1990年以来,档案学界对档案行政诉讼的研究从无到有,取得了相应的成果。但这些成果与档案行政管理的现状和依法治档的要求,还存在着不小的差距。本文对档案行政诉讼的概念、特征和范围等三个基本问题研究的成果作出总结,展开讨论。The archival academic circle has obtained the corresponding results of the research on archives administrative litigation from scratch since 1990. But there is a big gap between the results of the research and the present situation of archives administration and the requirements of the rule of law. This article makes a summary and a further discuss on the research on the concept, characteristics and scope of the archives administrative litigation.
