摘  要:不可测量的大干扰广泛存在于过程工业中,采用常规控制策略难以对其进行很好的抑制。针对这种现象,以预测PI算法为主体,设计一种新型的快速抗大干扰控制算法。这种算法的主体思想是:当被控变量在期望的控制范围之内,预测PI控制算法可以对其进行有效的控制,当被控变量超过期望的范围时,控制器输出增大或者减小到可容许的极限值。仿真和实际工业应用数据表明:对于复烤生产线中烤房温度这一具有大干扰的大惯性、大滞后过程,采用该算法可以有效提高调节速率、减少波动等问题,以保证控制品质和精度达到规定的工艺技术指标,满足了工艺的生产要求,提升了产品的质量,同时降低了返料的次数,节约了能耗。It is difficult to suppress the disturbance well by using conventional control strategy under large unmeasurable disturbance in the process industries. According to this phenomenon,this paper uses predictive PI algorithm as the main control algorithm and designs a new rapid resistance to large disturbance control algorithm. The main idea of this algorithm is that when the controlled variable in the expected control range,predictive PI algorithm can effectively control,and when the controlled variable exceeds the expected range,the controller output increases or decreases to the allowable limit. Simulation and practical industrial application data indicate that the drying in the strips redryer is a process of large thermal inertia and large time delay,and the control system's performance and accuracy can be improved by using this algorithm,ensuring the control of drying section temperature in redried strips stably to meet the technical indexes standards without operator's interference and energy consumption decreased,and also to save energy consumption.
