摘　　要：分析我国医药类高等教育改革存在问题,研究医药行业经济发展的整体就业效应以及不同子行业的就业效应、不同职位的就业效应,提出完善我国医药类高等教育改革的建议和对策。This paper analyzes problems of China＇s medical higher education reform,research overall employment effect on economic development of pharmaceutical industry,employment effect of different sub sectors and employment effect of different occupations. The author gives suggestions for improving China＇s medical higher education reform.
