摘  要:目的探讨可控恒温烧灼制作不同程度兔角膜热烧伤模型的最佳参数。方法成年新西兰大白兔36只,随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组12只(12眼),应用温度可控的电烙铁烧灼角膜制作兔角膜热烧伤模型。烧灼温度:300℃。A、B、C组设定不同的烧灼时间:3 s,7 s,10 s,观察各组制模后角膜烧伤程度及角膜形态学变化,并记录制模后3 d各组角膜溶解情况和制模后14 d角膜烧伤区混浊程度,评估应用可控恒温烧灼不同时间制作的角膜热烧伤模型在角膜烧伤程度、角膜溶解程度、角膜混浊程度等方面是否存在差异。结果制模后各组角膜烧伤程度差异明显(P<0.01),制模后3 d各组角膜溶解情况差异明显(P<0.01),制模后14 d各组角膜混浊程度差异明显(P<0.01)。结论可控恒温烧灼制作兔角膜热烧伤模型效果良好,通过控制烧灼时间可制作不同烧伤程度的模型,所制作的模型具有良好的一致性。Objective To investigate the appropriate parameters in controllable homeothermy to induce different degrees of corneal thermal burn in rabbit. Methods Thirty-six healthy adult New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:A,B,C 12 rabbits (12 eyes) in each. Corneal thermal burn was induced by electric cautery with controllable homeothermy. The burning temperature of 300 ℃with durations of 4 s,7 s and 10 s were set for group A,B,C respectively. The degree of corneal burn and corneal morphology were observed. Corneal dissolved at 3 and opacity at 14 days after cautery were recorded respectively. The difference of corneal burn,dissolved and opacity induced by different burning duration with controllable homeothermy were evaluated. Results There existed obvious differences in the burned degrees between different groups quickly after operation, in corneal dissolved,at 3 days and corneal opacity at 14 of postoperative days,at all (P〈0.01). Conclusion Satisfactory results in producing corneal burn model with controllable homeothenny could be achieved which different degrees of burn could be induced by different burning duration,and established models have excellent consistency.
