摘  要:目的:了解黄疸消退延迟对婴幼儿脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的影响。方法:选择资料保存完整,作过BAEP的黄疸消退延迟婴幼儿145例为研究组,120例作过BAEP的正常婴幼儿为对照组。结果:两组异常率比较差异有显著意义(P〈0.01)。结论:黄疸消退延迟对婴幼儿BAEP有影响,临床应予重视。Objective:To understand the effects of jaundice subsided delay on infant brain stem au- ditory evoked potentlal(BAEP). Methods: 145 infants with BAEP examination and complete data were as selected the observation grou and 120 normal infants as the control group. Results: There are significant differences between the two groups in the abnormal rate, the and it was significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion:The jaundice subsided delay affects infant brain stem auditory evoked potential and should be given clinical attention.
