双歧杆菌四联活菌片对肝硬化腹泻的治疗价值评析

摘　　要：目的分析探索双歧杆菌四联活菌片对肝硬化腹泻的治疗价值。方法研究对象：我院2013年1月-2015年5月80例肝硬化腹泻患者。随机分组方法 ：随机数字表法,分为两组,试验组和参照组,每组例数一致（40例）。参照组予以常规抗病毒、保肝、利尿、低盐饮食、纠正水电解质紊乱等对症处理,试验组在对症处理基础上增加双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗。比较两组患者总有效率、治疗前后患者血氨、C反应蛋白水平的差异。结果试验组总有效例数比参照组多,总有效率经χ2检验显示组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后试验组血氨、C反应蛋白水平跟参照组相比有明显优势,数据经t检验显示两项指标组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片对肝硬化腹泻的治疗效果确切,可有效减轻患者炎症水平,促进患者肠道局部黏膜防御能力的提高。Objective To analysis to explore the bifidobacterium quadruple living bacterium treatment for liver cirrhosis diarrhea value. Methods The object of study： from January 2013 to May 2015, 80 cases of liver cirrhosis patients with diarrhea. Randomized methods： random number table method, divided into teo groups, experimental group and controlgroup, the number of cases in each group（40 cases）. Reference group with conventional antiviral, protect liver, diuresis, low salt diet, keeping water electrolyte disorders, such as symptomatic treatment, treatment group on the basis of symptomatic treatment increased bifidobacterium quadruple living bacterium treatment. Compare the total effective rate, before and after treatment in both groups patients blood ammonia, differences in the levels of c-reactive protein. Results Treatment group total effective number of cases is more than the control group, the total effective rate by χ2 test shows that between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Treatment group after treatment of blood ammonia, c-reactive protein level has obvious advantages, compared to the reference group data by t test showed significant difference between the two indicators groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bifidobacterium quadruple of living bacterium piece in the treatment of liver cirrhosis diarrhea effect is exact, patients can effectively reduce inflammation levels, promote intestinal local mucosal defense ability enhancement.
