内镜下黏膜切除过程中应用钛夹的临床体会

摘　　要：目的分析金属钛夹在消化内镜下黏膜切除过程中的临床效果。方法选用2013年1月-2015年3月89例行ESD和EMR患者,术中选择性使用钛夹,观察术后出血及穿孔情况。结果 ESD术中11例穿孔,应用钛夹夹闭创面,EMR术中18例出现动静脉出血,应用钛夹夹闭处理。结论钛夹可有效预防和减少内镜下黏膜切除过程中的出血和穿孔发生率,是一种操作简单、安全、有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of titanium clip in the use of endoscopic mucosal resection. Methods Using ESD and EMR in 89 cases from March 2015 to January 2013,titanium clip was used to observe the postoperative bleeding and perforation. Results In ESD operation,11 cases of perforation,the application of titanium clip closed wounds, EMR in 18 cases of bleeding,application of titanium clip. Conclusion Titanium clip can effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of bleeding and perforation in endoscopic mucosal resection. It is a simple,safe and effective method,which is worth popularizing in primary hospital.
