摘　　要：目的探究血管支架成型术与药物保守治疗对缺血性脑血管疾病近远期治疗效果。方法选择98例患有缺血性脑血管疾病的患者分成实验组以及对照组。实验组使用血管支架成型术进行诊治,对照组使用药物保守诊治方法。对比两组近远期治疗效果。结果实验组的评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论血管支架成型术对缺血性脑血管疾病的治疗效果理想。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of vascular stent angioplasty and drug conservative treatment on ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the near future. Methods 98 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group,the use of vascular stent angioplasty for treatment,the control group using the drug conservative treatment. Compared with the two groups in the near and long-term treatment effect. Results The score of the experimental group was lower than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Angioplasty is effective in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
