高强度聚焦超声治疗晚期胰腺癌26例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析高强度聚焦超声在晚期胰腺癌患者治疗中的临床价值。方法选择2013年9月-2015年9月在我院接受治疗的晚期胰腺癌患者52例,各26例。对照组患者采用传统方式治疗,实验组患者采用高强度聚焦超声治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组治疗有效率为73.1%,对照组为34.6%,实验组的治疗效果优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论高强度聚焦超声对晚期胰腺癌具有治疗效果。Objective To analyze high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods Chose 52 cases between September 2013 and September 2015 in our hospital for treatment of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer,26 cases respectively. Control group were treated by traditional way,the experimental group were treated by high intensity focused ultrasound treatment,then compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect. Results The treatment effective rate of 73.1% in experimental group,control group was 34.6%,the effect of treatment of the experimental group is better than the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion High intensity focused ultrasound has a therapeutic effect on the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.
