基于“扎根精神”的中国本土管理理论构建范式初探

摘　　要：结合以往运用扎根理论的研究经验及扎根理论经典著述,综合比较三大扎根理论学派,融合定性与定量研究方法,基于"扎根精神",遵循建构型扎根理论思想,以经典扎根理论的数据处理程序为主框架,以程序化扎根理论的因果关系为辅助结构,结合认知地图工具,探索性地提出了一个中国本土管理理论构建的一般范式,即"中国管理扎根研究范式",以期为中国本土管理理论构建给出可操作的工具,推动扎根实践的中国管理学术研究。Combining the research experience of applying the grounded theory and the literature of grounded theory,the article compared three grounded theory schools and integrated the quantitative and qualitative methods.By basing on grounded spirit,following the constructivist＇s approach of grounded theory,using the classical grounded theory＇s data analysis process as main structure,regarding the causality of proceduralised grounded theory as auxiliary structure,and taking cognitive map as a tool,the article creatively puts forward a Chinese indigenous management theory building paradigm which is called as＂Chinese Management Grounded Research Paradigm＂,in order to offer an operable tool to construct Chinese indigenous management theory,to push forward the development of Chinese management research grounding on the practice,and to bridge the conversation between Chinese and western management research communities.
